The Good Friday Walk went well with a good turn out and thanks to Sally's bacon rolls everyone set out with plenty of energy. A short drive to Stoke Row saw us start from the Maharajah's Well where Bill Outram popped down to see us set off. We completed a 4.15 mile round trip without losing anyone stopping once for a photo shoot. The weather was brilliant, sunny all the time with a cooling breeze at the right moments. We returned to the Club house around 12:30pm and hot cross buns and soups from Sally and Lynn restored us all. Angelika, Rosie and many others helped set up and serve out and we all had a good time. Peter Borsberry kindly donated a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates to bring the meal to an end. Thanks to Norman for arranging the route and of course, running the bar.
