Finals 2018

Henley held the Final's of their internal Club competitions on the weekend of the 8th and 9th of September and a number of dedicated individuals attended and cheered on the finalists. Cups and Plates were played for and will be presented at the Club's Annual Dinner in October. Notable matches were the Club's Singles Championship which for the Men was won by Barrie Davies and for the Ladies was won by Sally Daniells. Then in a nail biting climax to the fourteenth of the Finals, a 12 end/2 Wood match was played between the two Champions to see who would become Champion of Champion's. This was decided on the last end by one shot with the Honour going to the Ladies’ Champion Sally Daniells.

By winning the club championships Barrie and Sally qualify to enter their respective Oxfordshire Counties “Champion of Championships” events later this month.
